Job summary

FinTrust Connect is partnering with a well-capitalized regional bank to identify a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager for the North Atlanta market, Alpharetta, GA. The role seeks an experienced producer who can develop C&I relationships, generate loans and deposits, and deliver a full-bank client relationship.

The candidate will manage a portfolio, lead lending, treasury management, and related services while maintaining strong underwriting discipline and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial banking relationships with a primary focus on C&I clients.
• Develop new business with companies generating $5M–$50M in annual revenue.
• Generate loan and deposit production through direct prospecting, centers of influence, referrals.
• Lead the full commercial banking relationship across lending, deposits, Treasury Management, and services.
• Analyze borrower financial performance, credit needs, repayment capacity, and profitability.
• Coordinate with credit partners to structure financing solutions with strong underwriting.
• Partner with Treasury Management to identify deposit and fee-income opportunities.
• Maintain an active pipeline and ongoing North Atlanta relationship development.
• Expand relationships through cross-selling and identifying additional financial needs.
• Collaborate with internal bankers to provide a coordinated, relationship-focused experience.
• Maintain strong credit quality, documentation standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Deliver production consistent with experience level; higher producers carry higher expectations.
