Qualifications

• University degree and 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience managing client relationships and complex financial needs.
• Ability to analyze credit data and structure appropriate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relationship management activities with new and existing clients to grow sales and market share.
• Work with clients with moderate risk and complexity under defined supervision.
• Acquire/expand/retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Identify and mitigate risk across regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit areas.
• Present ideas to address client needs and improve financial well-being and engagement.
• Develop internal and external networks to expand client base and cross-sell.
• Utilize bank-wide products to maximize client solutions and loyalty.
• Analyze and mitigate credit risk for more complex requests per policy.
