Job summary

Equity Bank in Macon, MO is seeking a dedicated Commercial Banker to manage and grow commercial client relationships, deliver tailored banking products, and ensure high levels of service in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with the Commercial Lending team, apply credit knowledge, monitor risk, and help meet growth goals while maintaining compliance with bank policies and procedures. On-site position offering full-time salary compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• 1–3 years of banking experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional manner.
• Previous commercial lending experience.
• Computer skills, especially Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service commercial customer relationships as assigned.
• Meet or exceed loan, fee income and deposit growth goals.
• Develop knowledge of commercial products to facilitate cross-selling.
• Demonstrate strong credit skills in analyzing risk.
• Maintain an active calling program for new business development.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
