Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum five years in banking required.
• Minimum of three years in sales with proven goal attainment.
• Strong communication and relationship development skills.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and credit.

Responsibilities

• Manages and grows a portfolio of commercial business clients with tailored banking solutions.
• Develops relationships with business owners, executives, and decision makers.
• Originates, structures, and manages commercial credit relationships (loans, lines of credit, treasury services).
• Analyzes financial statements, cash flow, credit risk, and collateral for credit decisions.
• Prepares and presents credit proposals consistent with policies and regulations.
• Monitors credit relationships for quality and covenant compliance.
• Collaborates with credit, treasury, underwriting and operations teams.
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities for deposits and cash management.
• Travels for training, meetings, and client visits.
• Supports business development and community outreach to generate new relationships.
