Job summary

You will support relationship teams, assist with account openings, and coordinate loan documentation and closings while ensuring compliance and accurate records.

You will analyze client needs, identify cross-sell opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth and service quality across banking products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of two years of relevant banking experience required.
• Strong analytical abilities, credit underwriting skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with opening new accounts and ensures complete, accurate documentation is obtained from clients.
• Inputs information into lending system in conjunction with and on behalf of the Commercial Banker; facilitates loan processing and due diligence.
• Coordinates annual relationship reviews and performs account maintenance including updates to client records.
• Reviews documentation and disbursements to ensure proper fund disbursement; coordinates project inspections and title updates.
• Responds to client inquiries regarding bank products, services, and policies; conducts account research and processes fraud claims.
