Qualifications

• Seven years direct lending or credit support experience focused on business relationships.
• Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
• Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with senior partners.
• Strategic mindset and knowledge of the bank’s offerings to manage large client books.

Responsibilities

• Manage, retain and deepen a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients with $20M–$100M annual revenue (Emerging Middle Market).
• Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, payment solutions, banking, credit and risk management to tailor solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for partnerships or growth.
• Improve efficiency with automation while leveraging new technologies.
• Adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
