Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, events, or credit underwriting/portfolio management in banking.
• Excellent project management, multitasking, and deadline adherence.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office suite; professional demeanor and reliability.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative, marketing, and promotional support to the Los Angeles Branch's Business Team 3.
• Support daily business operations, BD initiatives, and marketing activities.
• Assist in marketing plan implementation and coordination with third-party vendors and client events.
• Conduct initial client screenings to assess creditworthiness.
• Prepare business and marketing activity reports in a timely manner.
• Collect and compile financial statements and prepare credit analyses and stress tests for new and existing clients.
• Assist in loan closings, bookings, amendments, extensions, and renewals under Team Lead supervision.
• Monitor portfolio quality and post-lending activities to ensure compliance with policies.
