Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience as a business lender with demonstrated goal achievement.
• Bondable and valid driver’s license.
• Thorough knowledge of bank lending and deposit products.
• Knowledge of credit analysis procedures and lending policies.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Familiarity with federal and state lending regulations, including fair lending laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Actively initiates business contacts to develop relationships and maintain pipeline.
• Engages with branch staff to educate on client needs and referrals.
• Counsels customers on financing needs and reviews loan applications.
• Analyzes financial status, credit, and property evaluations for loan feasibility.
• Partner with Credit team to facilitate loan review and processing.
• Collaborate with other lines of business to develop leads within the portfolio.
