You will foster new loan relationships, manage ongoing portfolios, and cross-sell banking products to deepen client relationships.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of financial industry experience or 2-5 years Commercial Banking experience.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
• Solid judgment and decision-making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend to needs of customer relationships and prospects seeking loans or lines of credit on terms with varied risk.
• Make decisions on loans within lending limits or with senior officer guidance.
• Manage portfolio within approved terms and bank policy.
• Provide feedback to customers on business management and financial matters to add value.
• Develop new business by calling on prospects for commercial loans and cross-sell bank products.
