Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Preferred 1–3 years of relevant credit or lending experience.
• Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs financial analyses and assesses creditworthiness of clients.
• Supports loan structuring and term negotiation.
• Monitors portfolio performance and compliance with policy.
• Develops proposals to capture new business.
• Builds client relationships with Relationship Manager and teams.
• Ensures accurate data entry and supports risk management.
