Responsibilities

• Participate in cross-functional rotations to understand the commercial bank and develop leadership.
• Attend community and business functions to network and generate referral contacts.
• Collaborate with the commercial banking team and product partners to identify client needs and cross-sell products.
• Support management of existing commercial relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Facilitate loan requests, including structuring, pricing, collateral and documentation.
• Maintain loan reporting and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
