You are customer-focused, enjoy building relationships, and providing financial advice to your clients. A role as a Multinational Corporation Commercial Banker may be ideal for you.

As a Commercial Banker in the Multinational Corporations group, you will be the primary contact for client acquisition and ongoing relationship management. Multinational bankers collaborate closely with product partners, Corporate Client Banking, Global Corporate Banking, and Core teams. Our ideal candidate exhibits a strong interest in cross-border businesses, demonstrates cultural sensitivity, and is committed to teamwork, partnership, and maintaining an exceptional work ethic with attention to detail.

The Multinational Corporation team within the Middle Market space manages JPMorgan's relationships with North American subsidiaries of large international corporations, helping clients solve problems and grow. We assist clients in automation, risk management, working capital, and cash management.

Job Responsibilities

  2. Stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships.
  3. Collaborate with bankers to acquire new clients.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Seven+ years of experience in direct lending or credit support, focusing on business relationships.
  • Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
  • Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources.
  • Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Interpersonal and influencing skills to establish credibility and strong partnerships with senior business and control partners.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferred.
  • Skills in sales management and business development, with proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, flexibility to changing priorities, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self-direction, proactivity, and creativity.
