A role as a Commercial Banker is for you. As a Commercial Banker on the Healthcare Services, Emerging Middle Market Banking team, you will be responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries, focusing on Healthcare Services. The Healthcare Services team is part of J.P. Morgan's Commercial Bank in its Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries group.

In this role, you will be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships with the world's most innovative companies.

We work both independently and as part of a dynamic team to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Proactively pursue new client relationships with emerging middle market healthcare delivery platforms.
  2. Review and respond to inquiries from clients regarding treasury and credit.
  3. Act as a conduit to the full capabilities and resources of J.P. Morgan for clients and prospects.
  4. Champion a culture of innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
  5. Stay up to date with industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation or strategic partnerships.
  6. Find ways to drive efficiency with existing technical infrastructure through automation while embracing new technological opportunities.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • 5+ years of experience with above-average performance results in a similar banking or credit/lending role.
  • Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services.
  • Ability to mobilize internal networks and resources.
  • Experience in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to establish credibility and partnerships with senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferred.
  • Sales management and business development skills.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities.
