Job summary

First Citizens Bank in Charleston, SC seeks an experienced Commercial Banker to grow and manage a portfolio of business relationships. You will originate loans, deposits and fee income while providing financial guidance to help local companies prosper.

You will develop a prospect list, leverage COIs and work with partners to deliver full banking solutions, including cash management and treasury services, in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8+ years' experience in commercial or business lending is required.
• Alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED with 12+ years' experience in the same fields.
• Experience in credit underwriting and banking products is preferred.

As a Commercial Banker at First Citizens Bank you will carry on our tradition of developing and expanding relationships with business owners in your community to help them meet their financial goals.

This position is responsible for acquiring and managing a portfolio of commercial banking relationships. Develops and maintains an active prospect list, customer outreach plan and quality referral sources for companies between $10-$35mm in annual revenues. Is the primary contact for borrowing needs and provides subject matter expertise for deposit and cash flow management needs. This position works with various sales partners to build and manage full banking relationships.

Qualifications:
