Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Commercial Auto Product Manager for Emerging Mobility to define the organization’s long-term commercial auto strategy across light fleets, autonomous vehicles, rideshare, and delivery platforms. This foundation role will shape the product vision and partner with mobility technology teams.

The role requires strong commercial auto product expertise and the ability to sell a new product vision to executives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience developing or managing commercial auto insurance products.
• Strong understanding of differences between personal and commercial auto insurance.
• Experience developing product strategy, market-entry plans, or new insurance capabilities.
• Ability to present recommendations and influence senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Define long-term commercial auto and emerging mobility product strategy.
• Develop a practical roadmap from no product to a scalable offering.
• Sell the product vision to senior executives and secure executive alignment.
• Define capabilities and organizational structure for the new product.
• Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and tech teams to implement the roadmap.
