Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional-level Commercial Parts Pro to support advanced functions on the commercial side, driving profitable growth through customer retention and expansion. The role partners with the GM to manage team members and directs drivers to ensure timely delivery.

The candidate will have strong automotive parts knowledge, be comfortable with speaking English, and use POS/parts lookup systems. ASE certification is preferred. This position is full-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability in fulfillment of customer transactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Supervise Team Members on a day-to-day basis.
• Coordinate with GM on coaching and development.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
