Job summary

Advance Auto Parts seeks a professional-level sales pro to support advanced commercial functions. The role drives profitable growth through customer retention, partners with the GM to manage Team Members, and directs drivers for timely deliveries. ASE certification is preferred, with 3+ years in automotive parts and strong selling skills.

The position is full-time, with a focus on building relationships, stocking programs, and leveraging various sourcing channels to meet sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ASE certification preferred, not mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams and supervising daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are met.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns.
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage.
