Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a professional Commercial Parts Pro to support the advanced commercial side through profitable growth and customer retention. You will lead with product knowledge, coordinate deliveries, and help supervise team members while partnering with the GM on coaching.

Strong selling skills for commercial customers are essential. The role requires several years in auto parts sales, ASE familiarity, and the ability to source from multiple channels.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• 3+ years automotive parts sales/fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to read safety rules and use basic math; familiarity with inventory systems.

Aufgaben

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve personal/store sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers and supervise daily tasks.
• Dispatch drivers and ensure timely and accurate delivery; maintain stocking programs.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development; build networks with second source suppliers.
