Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to support the commercial side of the business. The role focuses on profitable growth through customer retention and expansion, partnering with the GM to supervise Team Members, and directing drivers for timely deliveries.

Expertise in automotive systems and parts is essential. The position emphasizes maintaining commercial relationships, achieving sales goals, and building a network of suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts sales experience.
• Proven sales ability with fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Meet personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers
• Maintain core bank and commercial returns
• Maintain commercial credit accounts
• Partner with GM to ensure proper driver coverage
