Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional level sales associate to support advanced functions on the commercial side, driving profitable growth through customer retention and expanded business. You will work with the GM to manage Team Members and direct drivers to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong automotive parts knowledge, effective communication, and the ability to source from multiple channels, including special orders.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Formal or informal leadership experience with teams is desirable.

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards are met.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development for staff.
