Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Professional level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions. The role drives profitable growth through customer retention and cross-selling, partnering with the GM to coach team members and ensure accurate delivery.

A strong automotive parts knowledge base and experience in sourcing from multiple channels are essential. The position involves supervising daily tasks, maintaining commercial relationships, and meeting store sales goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, catalogs and instructions.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems; ability to source from multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and meet sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Supervise daily tasks and coach team members with GM.
• Direct drivers to ensure timely delivery and manage stocking programs.
• Build network of second source suppliers.
