Job description

The Position

Aglobal life sciences organization is seeking an experienced Commercial Attorney to provide sales-side legal support for its manufacturing services business. The attorney will negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements with counterparties ranging from major pharmaceutical companies to emerging biotech organizations. CDMO experience is ideal, including experience working directly for a CDMO or negotiating with CDMOs from the other side. Candidates with transferable experience in therapeutics, pre-clinical or clinical trials, CROs, or similar life sciences environments may also be a strong fit.

The organization is looking for a practical, solutions-oriented attorney who can exercise sound judgment, effectively partner with business stakeholders, and help move commercial transactions forward.

This project starts ASAP, is ongoing, is remote, and requires 20-40 hours/week.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $78- $105for candidates located in NE/NW/West Coast regions and $75- $101for candidates located in the SE/MW/SW regions. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
