What You'll Do
As an Assistant Property Manager, you will support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of the office campus, ensuring tenant satisfaction and smooth property functioning. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with tenant communication, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and service requests
- Coordinating tenant move-ins, move-outs, and improvements to facilitate seamless transitions
- Supporting property inspections and maintenance follow-ups to maintain high property standards
- Assisting with rent collection, lease administration, and compliance monitoring
- Collaborating with vendors and contractors to coordinate repairs and routine maintenance
- Helping prepare reports related to property operations, financial performance, and leasing activity
- Supporting adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and contractual obligations
Requirements
Our ideal Assistant Property Manager is an organized, proactive team player eager to learn and take on increasing responsibility. Candidates should have:
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial property management
- Familiarity with lease administration, budgeting basics, and tenant relations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
