Davis Machine in Euless, Texas is seeking a Commercial Assistant / Customer Service Representative to support our fittings commercial team. This role will handle customer sales orders, quotations, RFQs, customer communications, and day-to-day sales administration.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain customer sales orders and related information in JobBOSS.
• Review customer orders for accuracy and communicate questions or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate sales order records and process order changes.
• Respond to customer order status inquiries by coordinating with internal departments.
• Assist with preparing, entering, tracking, and distributing customer quotations and RFQs.
• Gather information needed to support timely, accurate quotations.
• Maintain quote records and assist with follow-up on open quotations.
• Serve as a professional day-to-day contact for customer questions and order communications.
• Provide timely and courteous follow-up to customers.
• Escalate customer concerns to appropriate commercial or management personnel.
• Maintain organized records of orders, quotations, and related documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support customer requirements.
• Provide general administrative support to the commercial and sales teams.
• Perform other commercial, customer service, and sales support duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on commitments.

• Comfortable communicating directly with customers and working cross-functionally with internal teams.

• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $24.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.
