Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associates degree in Accounting, Business and/or Finance is preferred.
• Three+ years banking or appraisal experience is preferred.
• Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Attention to detail, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist credit administration by conducting in-depth commercial appraisal reviews and prepare reports of findings.
• Approve appraisers to do work for the Bank and maintain a list of approved appraisers.
• Confirm the licensed status and E&O insurance of approved appraisers.
• Recommend the bank's services and products to the public.
• Assist in preparing selected real estate related reports.
