Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial analytics or operations with data workflows.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting for sales/marketing.
• Experience configuring scheduled data pipelines and automated workflows.
• Hands-on experience building bottom-up sales forecasting or revenue projections.
• 1+ years in the Diagnostics or Healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of healthcare structures (physicians, hospitals, health plans).
• Experience in marketing analytics, sales forecasting, and competitive analysis.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), Salesforce, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data workflows and dashboards for sales and marketing performance.
• Automate data pipelines to deliver actionable insights for sales reps and leadership.
• Utilize ETL to extract and process data from finance, CRM, and marketing systems.
• Develop and analyze KPIs and lagging indicators for sales initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and refine sales forecasting models using pipeline and historical data.
• Analyze pipeline, identify coverage gaps, and compare forecasts to actuals.
• Support Commercial Excellence initiatives and dashboard standardization.
• Monitor marketing campaign performance and ROI to optimize spend.
• Serve as SME on data structures, workflows, and BI tools.
• Assist with implementing new Commercial Operations processes.
