Job summary

You will identify friction, redesign workflows, deploy low-code automation, and build AI-assisted experiences to scale best practices. Working with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, you will implement sentiment analysis, closed-loop feedback, and KPI-driven measurement while traveling globally as needed to drive on-the-ground change.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in business, engineering, or data science.
• Strong process mindset with practical tech fluency.
• Understanding of how Sales, Marketing, and Product Management work together.
• Ability to influence without authority and earn trust.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to fail fast and iterate.
• Fluent in English and able to translate tech to business value for exec stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel globally.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-friction commercial processes and redesign as AI-first workflows.
• Build and deploy automation using low-code tools to reduce manual work.
• Develop AI-assisted experiences, like knowledge bots and guided Q&A for playbooks.
• Design workflows for strategic pricing decision support.
• Redefine CRM as an Agentic tool to drive customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks for teams.
• Partner with Sales Leaders and Salesforce Admins to pilot and scale solutions.
• Deploy AI sentiment analysis and establish a closed loop from feedback to impact.
• Monitor megatrends and competitor signals, translating data into strategic implications.
• Run pilots, scale successful initiatives, and drive adoption with lightweight enablement.
