Job summary

Lake Ridge Bank is seeking a Loan Production Associate to support commercial and agricultural loan closings by gathering documentation, verifying eligibility, and inputting data for underwriting. You will coordinate with lenders, title companies, and clients to ensure timely closings and accurate compliance across CIP, CRA, HMDA and other regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in finance, accounting, business or similar field.
• Minimum 3 years of lending, loan processing, or related banking experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage loan renewals and new loan requests and prepare for underwriting.
• Verify required documents and proper loan closing information.
• Coordinate closings with lenders and third parties.
• Input codes and validate appraisals and collateral.
• Perform compliance checks (CIP, CRA, HMDA).
