Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts seeks a skilled professional to manage the commercial services agreement lifecycle from generation through onboarding, renewals and termination. You will convert opportunities into executed contracts and ensure seamless handoffs between Sales, Contracts and Operations.

Key duties include maintaining records with templates, monitoring renewal dates, and producing dashboards to track velocity and compliance. A hybrid work model applies with three days in the office in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in commercial operations, contract/admin or revenue services.
• Experience with agreement lifecycle, onboarding or billing processes.
• Proficiency with CRM, document tools and BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end agreement lifecycle from generation to termination.
• Process and prepare agreements using templates; ensure accurate terms and renewal dates.
• Coordinate handoff between sales, contracting, onboarding and billing.
• Maintain data in tracking tools and produce reports on volume, velocity, renewals.
• Support onboarding provisioning and compliance checks.
