Job summary

You will convert sales into fully executed agreements, ensure compliance, and enable a smooth handoff between program sales and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, hospitality or related field.
• 3+ years in commercial operations, contract administration or revenue services.
• Experience with contract lifecycle, onboarding and billing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end agreement lifecycle execution from generation to renewal and termination.
• Convert closed opportunities into executed agreements and ensure seamless handoff to onboarding and billing.
• Maintain accurate records, templates, and service terms; support compliance processes.
• Assist with onboarding provisioning, system access, and data integrity reporting.
