You will grow agency relationships to boost GEICO's revenue, maintaining 120–150 truck and commercial specialist accounts, and develop field and call sales proficiency through tested processes and best practices.

Formación

• Must have 7+ years in personal and commercial lines with agencies.
• MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
• Ability to follow complex instructions and resolve conflicts.
• Experience driving sales results and working with multiple insurance lines.

Responsabilidades

• Prospects, interviews, and approvals of new appointments to expand GEICO's agency distribution.
• Manages agents in territory, delivers trainings, and monitors performance.
• Analyzes territory to plan growth and profitability and executes strategic plans.
• Collaborates with product management to identify new opportunities.
• Documents pre-call strategies and onboarding for new agencies.
• Develops annual and semi-annual sales plans and reports to leadership.
• Builds relationships with state and industry groups to expand coverage.
• Develops onboarding and mentoring plans for new sales teams.
