Job summary

Cornerstone Bank in Albion is seeking a Commercial/Ag Banker Trainee. The role trains to originate and analyze commercial and ag loans, manage loan operations, and cross-sell bank products.

You will document loans, analyze credit, and maintain and solicit loan customers to grow the loan portfolio. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in ag business, finance or related field and is motivated, detail oriented, and self-directed with strong leadership, customer service and communication

Job description

Cornerstone Bank is currently taking applications for Commercial/Ag Banker Trainees in our Albion location. Successful candidates will receive training and become familiar with commercial and ag loan origination and bank operations. This position will be responsible for loan documentation, credit analysis, cross selling Cornerstone Bank products, and maintaining and soliciting loan customers.
