Job summary

Cornerstone Bank in York, Nebraska is seeking an experienced Loan Officer to originate and service Ag and Commercial loans. The role requires analyzing financial data and strengthening existing customer relationships while developing new business for the bank.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field and possess 3–5 years of banking, lending and credit analysis experience with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of banking, lending and credit analysis experience.
• Motivated, detail oriented and self-directed with excellent leadership, customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Origination and servicing of Ag and Commercial loans.
• Collect and analyze financial data for loan decisions.
• Build on existing customer relationships and develop new business for the Bank.
• Represent the Bank in community events.
