This role is responsible for tasks related to opening and maintaining accounts (demand deposit and time deposit) across the Commercial Bank for new and existing clients, including client contact. Additionally, the role involves providing oversight for document review in collaboration with other business partners such as Institutional Bank, Business Banking, Legal and Corporate Risk, Private Banking, and Consumer Bank. The position aims to deliver an unparalleled customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review legal documentation for entities such as Corporations, LLCs, LLPs, Joint Ventures, and Trusts to ensure proper titling and authorized signers.
• Handle requests from existing clients to add or change account signers.
• Document the beneficial ownership of each legal entity customer account, identifying natural persons who own or access the account.
• Prepare banking documents for new or updated accounts, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Establish accounts using our BPM BAW system accurately and promptly.
• Perform StartRight process for new accounts.
• Maintain comprehensive client files with all necessary documentation.
• Track requests, participate in team meetings to analyze issues, and suggest improvements.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and internal requests.
• Clear account opening escalations timely.
• Collaborate with Relationship Teams, setting clear expectations for deliverables and deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience providing excellent customer service.
• At least 1 year of banking or financial services experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
