Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to win new business, manage local accounts and drive growth in pest control services. The role emphasizes field-based prospecting, relationship building, and territory development.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for Northwest via cold calling, networking, and door-to-door activities within assigned territories.
• Target and acquire new B2B opportunities for pest, termite, and wildlife services.
• Ensure completion of documentation to align with Northwest standards.
• Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers.
• Attend Northwest continuing education programs to enhance daily performance.
• Maintain a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and vehicle.

• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)


• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity


• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.


• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.


• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.


• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
