Job summary

Questpro Consultants LLC is seeking a Commercial Middle Market Account Manager who excels at building client relationships, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service. You will manage a book of commercial accounts and collaborate with carriers, producers, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience, EPIC software experience, and a Texas Property & Casualty license.

• 5 years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience.
• Experience managing middle market accounts.
• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of commercial accounts generating $25K–$200K in revenue.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates, and day-to-day policy servicing.
• Assist clients with coverage questions and claims advocacy.
• Collaborate with carriers, producers, and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve coverage and strengthen client relationships.
