Brown & Brown is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to join our growing team in Carpinteria, CA! The Commercial Account Manager supports the Producer by applying advanced technical insurance expertise and operating with a high degree of autonomy. This role exercises independent judgment in organizing, prioritizing, and managing work for an assigned portion of the book of business, and provides day‑to‑day direction to Technical Assistants. The Commercial Account Manager partners closely with the Producer to develop new business opportunities, deliver high‑level renewal support, and participate in client‑facing renewal and new business meetings. The role also contributes to strategic initiatives by preparing midyear coverage reviews and creating proactive communications that enhance the client experience and strengthen account retention.
$90,000 - $100,000 Annual
