The Opportunity
Are you a self-motivated sales professional eager to sell innovative technology and make a difference? We seek a Commercial Account Executive to join our Private Sector sales team, focusing on demand generation, partnerships, and full-cycle software sales.

The Skillset

  • 1-3 years experience in a closing role, ideally in SaaS
  • Manage full sales funnel: prospecting, needs analysis, demos, proposals, closing
  • Experience as an SDR/BDR or sourcing opportunities
  • Consistent in bookings and pipeline growth
  • Collaborative with other teams, including post-sales

90 Days at Flock

We focus on results, with 90-day plans to guide your onboarding and growth:

  • First 30 Days: Learn the market, understand customers, meet peers, develop expertise, build pipeline.
  • First 60 Days: Drive pipeline, refine sales approach, show progress.
  • Beyond 90 Days: Focus on successful accounts, prioritize efforts, deepen engagement.

The Interview Process

Our transparent, collaborative process includes:

  • Initial chat with a recruiter
  • Interview with the hiring manager
  • Technical assessment (e.g., mock discovery call)
  • Deep dive with the hiring manager
  • Executive review

Salary & Perks

OTE of $185,000, stock options, uncapped commissions, plus benefits including flexible PTO, health coverage, parental leave, fertility benefits, mental health support, ERGs, stipends for WFH, productivity, and home office setup.
