Job summary

WPP Media seeks a Senior Associate, Commerce Search to drive tactical activation and day-to-day media management across retail search networks. You will develop keyword strategies, conduct competitive research, and manage setup, bidding, budgeting, and reporting to maximize client ROI.

This role requires experience across multiple retail platforms, strong data analytics, and the ability to collaborate with Ecommerce and Brand teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in biddable performance media execution or paid ecommerce
• Experience across multiple retail platforms (Amazon, Instacart, Walmart, Target, Kroger, Criteo, Google, Meta)
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
• Strong collaboration with internal and external partners

Responsibilities

• Manage search media activations across several retailer networks (Amazon, CitrusAd, Criteo, The Trade Desk, Walmart)
• Execute campaign setup, bid recommendations, and budgeting to hit KPIs
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
• Identify insights from historical data and competitive research
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Retail Media, and Brand teams
• Assist with reconciliation, invoicing, trafficking, and data mapping
