Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of eCommerce, client management, digital marketing, or data analysis experience.
• Strong background in paid search (PPC), DSP/programmatic activation, or multi-channel media strategy.
• Deep knowledge of eCommerce marketplaces and Amazon's advertising ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolios and conduct strategic reviews across retail and media channels.
• Develop and execute integrated retail and media strategies to maximize ROI and retention.
• Analyze marketplace and media data to identify opportunities, recommend optimizations, and improve sales and margins.
• Define optimal media channel mix (Sponsored Ads, DSP, Video, etc.) and execute campaigns.
• Optimize product pages, metadata, and promotional strategy.
• Create data-driven presentations, budgets, forecasts, and biweekly reporting.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on eCommerce platforms and retail media.
• Educate clients on best practices and how retail and media tactics work together.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams.
• Mentor junior team members and identify process improvements.
