Job summary

HighLevel is hiring a Senior Product Manager - Commerce Growth to close the gap in payments adoption for SMBs. You will own the adoption and monetisation charter end to end, spanning partner incentives, surfaces, and the commercial model.

This is a general-management role with accountability for unit economics and programme budget. The role is ideal for PMs with growth or partner programme experience at scale, comfortable being measured on commercial outcomes and who bring a rigorous analytical

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of product management experience.
• Experience owning growth, partner or incentive programmes where commercial mechanics were the product.
• Comfort owning a commercial outcome end-to-end (CAC, payback, margin).
• Track record of running controlled experiments and deriving correct conclusions.
• Experience with payments, fintech, marketplaces or unit economics driven products.

Responsibilities

• Own the payments adoption charter end-to-end including strategy, roadmap and operating plan.
• Design, launch and iterate partner incentive programmes for adoption and monetisation.
• Own partner-facing surfaces for programmes, with progress, earnings and next-best-action insights.
• Own unit economics: CAC, payback, contribution margin and programme budget.
• Build an experimentation practice with randomised tests and incrementality measurement.
• Apply growth-rigour across the adoption funnel with segmentation and lifecycle triggers.
• Lead commercial conversations with large agency partners and bespoke arrangements.
• Own monthly performance narrative on adoption, retention and programme health.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Finance, Risk and platform engineering.
