Job summary

Stord Inc. is hiring a Commerce Experience Lead in Atlanta with remote options. You will own the end-to-end onboarding for Stord’s Commerce software, guiding customers from kickoff through activation to continued value realization. This role requires strong marketing operations and SaaS account management experience.

You will collaborate with Solutions, CX, and Product teams to drive adoption, growth, and renewal strategies, while building scalable onboarding programs and training materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Operations or SaaS account management.
• Ability to drive onboarding and activation with measurable ROI.
• Experience with data analytics to track usage and health metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding from kickoff to activation and steady-state usage.
• Lead trainings and enablement to drive product adoption and value realization.
