You will lead a blended onshore/offshore team and drive strategic client partnerships. The position sits within Merkle's DBT-aligned Commerce Analytics practice, reporting into practice leadership with account

Qualifications

• 8+ years in commerce, retail, or merchandising analytics with depth in two areas (pricing/promotion, assortment/space, CDT, or digital-shelf intelligence)
• Experience leading senior client relationships as a trusted advisor
• Onshore/offshore delivery leadership across time zones

Responsibilities

• Be the senior analytics voice the client relies on and shape the delivery plan
• Own analytics discipline across the account: consumer decision modeling, pricing, promotion, assortment, and competitive intelligence
• Lead blended onshore/offshore teams and ensure delivery quality and milestones
