Mars United Commerce, a global commerce marketing practice, is seeking a Director, Ecommerce- Digital Shelf to own strategic client relationships and serve as the Ecommerce lead for delivering measurable growth. You will guide a team of experts, shape recommendations, and ensure content, data, and SEO best practices drive visible, shoppable outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading creative, technical, and analytics efforts, managing budgets and P&L, and identifying incremental opportunities

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Ecommerce, Digital Commerce, Digital Shelf.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of functional experts to strategize, execute and measure solutions for digital shelf effectiveness.
• Develop and deliver strategic recommendations across the Ecommerce ecosystem.
• Lead business reviews and educational programs to influence investments.
• Manage budgets and ensure P&L goals are met.
• Identify incremental growth opportunities with retailers and AI-enabled capabilities.
