Job summary

L2 Defense, Inc. in San Antonio, TX, seeks a Command and Control (BN/BDE Level) Analyst to join our Military Services Division. The role supports ARNORTH's CSTA through exercise design, execution, and evaluation of TSF units, with feedback in AAR formats.

The ideal candidate has Battalion/Brigade level command experience, strong organization, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to brief senior leaders and coordinate complex training events at Fort Sam Houston.

Qualifications

• Secret security clearance or ability to obtain
• 10 years in CBRN/HAZMAT field with progressive leadership
• 3–5 years in DSCA operations or training
• ICS/MDMP familiarity and planning experience

Responsibilities

• Assist design, planning, coordination and execution of training/exercise events
• Train and evaluate staff on DSCA planning and operations
• Lead or participate in JIET activities for CERFP
• Develop and tailor CPX MSEL and scenario alignment
• Prepare documentation for senior DOD personnel
