Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Training and Exercise Analyst Requirements to support Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ. The role focuses on space and joint training, developing requirements, exercise design, and C-FLDCOM inputs to support operations and theater security cooperation.

The position emphasizes planning, developing, implementing, and directing annual command training and exercise plans, with readiness briefings for SPACEFOR-SOUTH and USSOUTHCOM, expanding to the Secretary of the Air

Qualifications

• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing command-level plans and programs.
• Familiarity with Space Force, USSOUTHCOM, and Joint training/exercise program goals and objectives.
• Understanding of JELC sequence and methods to evaluate training actions.

Responsibilities

• Apply Space Force and joint training experience to develop long-range training plans and exercise programs.
• Develop COCOM exercise objectives, JELC planning, and training scenarios.
• Act as command project officer to evaluate exercises, readiness, and resource issues.
