Job summary

Security Engineers is seeking dependable Command Center Operators to support safe and secure environments for our clients in Greensburg, IN. Operators monitor critical security systems, dispatch emergency responses, process alerts, handle communications, and enforce site policies.

Qualifications

• Eligible for employment by Indiana-licensed security guard agency.
• Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company approved driver standards.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch fire, medical, chemical, and traffic incident responses.
• Answer associate calls regarding lateness or absences and update internal systems.
• Respond to duress alarms and acknowledge card access alerts.
• Control and document access to client property.
• Prevent loss or damage due to fire, equipment issues, or safety hazards.
• Issue Hot Work and Confined Space permits.
• Enforce client rules, regulations, and access requirements.
• Operate multiple software platforms concurrently.
