Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential and commercial clients to evaluate HVAC needs
• Present and explain HVAC system options, products, and financing to customers in a clear, professional manner
• Customize proposals to align with customer goals, preferences, and budget
• Close sales and manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
• Travel to customer homes and job sites throughout the local area
• Collaborate with technicians and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate records using provided tech package (tablet or smartphone)
• Participate in training and professional development to stay ahead of HVAC sales trends
• Proven sales experience, ideally in HVAC, home services, or high-ticket products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Strong follow-up and closing abilities
