Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for helping people improve their home comfort? Carmine's Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning is hiring a Comfort Advisor to consult with homeowners on their HVAC needs. In this 100% commission-based role, you'll provide in-home consultations, build client relationships, and close high-value deals backed by a trusted brand and high-quality products. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with residential and commercial clients to evaluate HVAC needs
• Present and explain HVAC system options, products, and financing to customers in a clear, professional manner
• Customize proposals to align with customer goals, preferences, and budget
• Close sales and manage customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
• Travel to customer homes and job sites throughout the local area
• Collaborate with technicians and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate records using provided tech package (tablet or smartphone)
• Participate in training and professional development to stay ahead of HVAC sales trends
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in HVAC, home services, or high-ticket products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High-energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
• Strong follow-up and closing abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• No specific licenses required
