Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing in Frederick, MD seeks a full-time HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain HVAC systems for customers in Frederick and surrounding areas. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with one weekend on call each month. Salary is $50,000–$70,000/year plus commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Requires MD HVAC apprentice license
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and periodic drug testing
• After-hours emergency service availability per on-call schedule

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain HVAC equipment for customers
• Help maintain long-term relationships with customers in Frederick and surrounding areas
• Take part in on-call weekend rotation each month
• Contribute to achieving high-quality service and customer satisfaction

Tuckers Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing of Frederick, MD is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain HVAC equipment sold or serviced by our company and help maintain good long-term relationships with our customers in Frederick and surrounding areas. The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with one weekend on call each month. Our HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician position offers a competitive salary of $50,000-$70,000/year including commissions and bonuses. We pay for 50% of our employees' health insurance, 2% match healthcare, 2 weeks of paid vacation initially, increasing up to 4 weeks as you grow with the company, in addition to offering a 401k with match, paid vacations, paid holidays, and quarterly company events.
